Prerna Singh did her schooling in Loretto Convent, Delhi Cantt a school primarily meant for daughters of Defence Officers. She was transferred to Air Force Bal Bharti School on Lodhi Road in New Delhi where she completed her plus 12. She then opted for a Dental college in Hebbal area of Bangalore and completed her BDS with top scores. She wanted to study for MDS in the US but was denied visa. She opted to study Health and Public Administration and got admission in Suffolk University in Boston, USA. Visa was granted and she worked in Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston and introduced a new system of monitoring and analysis of the medical staff which helped to greatly cut down medical litigation which was highly appreciated by the companies who owned the hospital. She then moved to Boston Children Hospital as Director of Quality Assurance. This is one of top hospitals.
