Dr. Disha Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Taxation at Amity Business School, Amity University in Raipur, India. Her research work includes a thesis awarded on "An Analytical Study of Women Participation in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (With Special Reference to Bilaspur District)" and completed project work with UNICEF and ICSSR. She is also a lifetime member of the Indian Commerce Association and Indian Accounting Association. She has completed certification courses on Digital Analytics and Fundamentals of R and an online course on Understanding Open educational Resources. She has also completed an Information Technology Training Course and attended various refresher courses and orientation programs. Dr. Sharma has expertise in diverse topics such as systematic literature review, bibliometric analysis, fintech innovation, financial empowerment, entrepreneurship, public policy, role of foreign direct investment in retail market, and many more. She is passionate about quality education, higher learning, and research, and has been working tirelessly to create opportunities for students and faculty members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
