Dr. Shikha Chauhan is an Assistant Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. She graduated as a Microbiology student and secured masters degree in Business Administration as well as in English literature. Having worked for a decade at various senior secondary education institutions, she completed her Ph.D. thesis entitled ‘Impact of work life balance on employee performance with respect to selected senior secondary education institutions in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh’, and moved to higher education. She has published and presented many papers in national and international journals and conferences. Her major areas of interest include Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. She is an accomplished educator and believes in making a difference in the life of her students.
