Mr. Balasaheb J. Kshirsagar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Greenfingers College of Computer and Technology, Akluj (M.S.), India. He completed his MCA from Sikkim Manipal University, Sikkim in the year 2012, and MCM from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune in the year 2008. He worked as an Assistant Professor in various institutes from 2008 to  date.   He  taught   C,   C++,   Data Structure,  Java,  Python, Mobile Computing, Database Management System, Computer Networking, etc. He has published several research papers in various reputed international journals. His current research interest is Data Science and Machine Learning. He has delivered many keynote addresses and invited talks throughout the Universities on a variety of subjects related to Computer Science. He was instrumental in organizing several Faculty Development Programmes, workshops, and seminars. He also served on the panel of various academic bodies of the University. His dedication to teaching continues to encourage thousands of students from various Universities.
