Dr. Reshamlal Naik who is writer of this book has completed his B.Ed. degree in the year 2003 from Dr PM. IASE, Sambalpur, completed M. Ed from NKC College of Teacher Education, Angul, Odisha in the year 2006. He completed his Master Degree in Sociology in the year 2010 under Pt. Ravishankar Shulkla University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh than completed his M.Phill degree in Education in the year 2010 from Dr PMIASE, Sambalpur and Ph D degree from Sambalpur University, Jyoti Vihar, Burla in the year 2018 and has also cleared NET in Education in the year 2006. Dr Naik has started his teaching under Pt Ravishankar University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh as a Lecturer from the year 2006 in the various colleges as faculty in Education. He was also teaching to the students of B.Ed, M.Ed. and M Phill classes in Dr PMIASE, Sambalpur in the year 2012. Dr. Naik has a broad experience in school education. He has teaching experience in both Primary and Secondary Schools of Odisha and also worked as a Headmaster in the secondary school under the department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha. Dr. Naik has been awarded with the National Award by the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration, New Delhi (NIEPA) in the year 2019 due to his qualitative innovation in educational administration while he was working as Block Education Officer under the Government of Odisha, School & ; Mass Education, Bhubaneswar. He has also variety of research experience in the school education particularly related to secondary school student’S academic achievement and the same has also been published in the various reputed Indian journals.
