Dr. Rohit P Shabran the author of this book is an Indian jurist And also a legal consultant. Since Childhood he has been a very Dedicated and Bonafide student and has won various awards During his academic life . A Gold medallist in LL.B 3year course from Dr RML Awadh university faizabaad (Aayodhya) U.P. Has been dean of F.J.S, Rama University, Kanpur, U.P, India and also in the SOLS, BBD University, Lucknow U.P, India. After from this he has been chief Procter of several law college .He has played a major role in establishment of law department of various colleges and Universities and designed curriculum from them. In the field of research 05 students are awarded PhD degree under the supervision of Dr Rohit and 05 are perusing from the different Universities of India.
