Kumar Gaurav has completing the Bachelor of Technology from Computer Science & Engineering from MNNIT Allahabad and Master  of Business Administration from AKTU Lucknow, the author is pursuing a PhD in Management from NIT Jamshedpur. His research work  on Socio-Economic entrepreneurship management is co-funded by  Dr Ambedkar International Centre under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.”Effective policies maintain the healthy economic condition of any nation”. keeping this view, the author has published various research works in international and national journals. The author is working on the sustainable growth and development of tribal entrepreneurs, which will develop an inclusive growth model contributing to effective public policymaking.
