Dr. Pooja Nagpal has received her PhD from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, in the area of Human Resource Management. The educational qualifications held by are, MBA, M.Com, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Environment and Post Graduate Diploma in Soft Skills. She is at present serving as Assistant Professor at Aloysius Institute of Management & IT, Mangaluru. Dr. Pooja has industry experience of six years and teaching experience of above eleven years. Her areas of interest lies in the topics of employee engagement, corporate ethics, CSR, legal environment, organizational commitment, international HRM and so on. She has authored more than 35 technical papers in various reputed national as well as internationals journals and conferences. Dr. Pooja has been invited as resource person at many eminent B-Schools to deliver lecture in the domains of soft skills, life skills, women empowerment, IPR to name a few.  She has guided over 75 projects for postgraduates student’s. She has submitted three central agency grants projects and waiting for its results to get sanctioned.
