Dr. T. Naresh Babu is currently working as Assistant professor at KSRM College of Management Studies, kadapa, A.P. Awarded Ph.D. in Business Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Dravidian University Kuppam, for his research on Talent Management in IT Sector.Actively engaged in teaching and research at post graduate level management programs in a distinguished career spanning for more than 14 years. He was awarded with “Innovative Research & Dedicated Teaching Professional Award” from Society of Engineers & Technicians Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, “Dynamic Researcher”- By Vedant Academics Bangkok at KU home, Kasetsart University, Chatuchak, Bangkok, He has attended various National and International Conferences and presented papers. Published more than 50 research Papers in various journals of national and international repute, published textbooks in the field of HRM. Dr. Naresh owns national and international patents in the field of HRM, Marketing & IOT, to his credit.
