Charles Sahayaraj has completed his graduation in Engineering and MBA in Sikkim Manipal University was worked in Integral Coach Factory Chennai as Workshops Superident and taken the new role in National Factory for Can Ends limited, Jeddah as Production Manager in 2002,NAFCEL is world leader in Aluminum Easy open Ends manufacturing, located in coastal of Red sea in Jeddah. Charles has the wealth of manufacturing and troubleshooting experience working with close tolerance and the plant capacity of 16 billion ends annually. Charles area of interest is innovating more manufacturing technique in production processes and introducing robotics in the manufacturing processes to meet customer requirement. He is the active member and C.Eng of institute of Engineers, India and F.IMechE London, ASME, also Life member of the professional bodies like IIM Indian Institute of Metals, Kolkata and ISTE Indian Socity of Technical Education. His area of interest is mostly reduction of spoilage in manufacturing process and continuous improvement, less human intervention in beverage and Juice packaging industry by introduction of more robotics for different application.
