Dr. Sujata Mangaraj has more than three decades of rich experience in teaching, research, publication, training, academic administration, accreditation, mentoring and consultancy. She has supervised 14 PhD and D.Lit. Scholars, authored 93 research papers and seven books in the area of OB & HR. She is a PhD Examiner of different universities of the country such as University of Hyderabad, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Anna University, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Pune, GITAM University and many more. She is the Chief Editor of Siddhant: A Journal of Decision Making and Training & Development Journal, both published by Indianjournals.com, New Delhi. She served the Executive Board of Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) as its National President (2019-21), Member of AMDISA, Member of All India Board of Management (AIB), AICTE. Dr. Mangaraj has received several National and International awards for her outstanding contribution to the field of management education including the most Prestigious "Teaching Excellence Award 2010" of ACBSP, USA. Dr. Mangaraj served as the Dean, School of Management Studies, Ravenshaw University and is currently working as the Sr. Director cum Dean (Academics), Bhavan's Centre for Communication & Management (BCCM), Bhubaneswar.
