Prof. RP Vadhera served NEHU for 16 years & 19 yrs in MZU in different capacities as HOD, Dean SEH, Director College Development Council, Director UGC-ASC, Director UGC-RCC and Chief Vigilance Officer of MZU. He was the Nodal Officer   for Monitoring of SSA, RMSA & MDM representing MHRD, GOI, and retired as  a Pro Vice Chancellor from MZU in June, 2020. He is  presently working as a Vice Chancellor, ICFAI University, Mizoram. Have been the member in various committees of UGC, NIEPA, NCTE, and in the panel of Assessor's of  NAAC, Bangalore. Prof. Vadhera has successfully guided many Ph.D and M. Phil scholars and published 4 books & many research papers in national & international journals. He has also delivered more than 200 invited Lectures/Keynote Addresses/Inaugral Addresses in National & International seminars, workshops, conferences, refresher courses and other training programs and also organised more than 30 Refresher Courses , 4 Orientation Programs, 6 Short Term Courses sponsored by UGC & ICSSR.
