The Author Dr. J. Lalsangzuala has pursued his M.Sc (Drug Chemistry) from Pune University, M.Ed. from IGNOU and Ph.D. from Mizoram University. He has also pursued Diploma in Educational Planning & Administration (DEPA) from National University of Educational Planning & Administration. He is presently teaching in District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Aizawl and has 17 years of teaching experience in teacher education. The author has published research papers in international and National level and has also attended several seminars and webinars.
