Dr. Ranjit Sil, B.SC.(H), LL.M., NET(UGC), Ph.D. in Law, An Assistant Professor, Department of Law, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya. He has published several Articles in different National, International Journals and books. He has presented papers in several International Conferences and delivered lectures as a Resource person in different Training Programmes. His area of interest are Labour Laws, Criminology and Penology, Criminal Procedure Code, Urban Development and Laws.
