She has qualified UGC NET in Commerce in two times in the years 2015 and 2017 and also Qualified in TN SET in Commerce in Feb 2016. She has various publications in National & International Journals to her credit including Scopus, web of Science and UGC care listed journals. She has presented Guest Lectures for Students and Faculty in State level, Department of Science and Technology Government of India Sponsored "Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp". Iler research interest lies primarily in studying "Entrepreneurship Education and Skill Development Program" She also published Book Chapters in reputed sites. She is also a recipient of Best Women Faculty Award from Amaravathy Research Academy for her contribution in Research.
