Dr. Harshalkumar Namdeorao Bhange (b. 1st May, 1976) working as Assistant Professor (SWCE), College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Agricultural University, Dapoli, Dist. Ratnagiri, MS, India. He is having vast experience in the field of watershed development, surface rainwater harvesting, rainwater harvesting throughlined ponds since last 15years which includes teaching, research and extension activities. He has contributed in 15 state level recommendations.
