Dr. Manjula R. Iyer is an Associate Professor and Research Guide at Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth, Deemed-to-be University, Adishankara Nilayam, Veliyanad, Ernakulam, Kerala. Her qualifications are M Com (Finance), MBA (Finance), M.Phil. (Commerce), B.Ed. (Commerce). She did her PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility from Madurai Kamaraj University.

She has published over forty research papers in reputed journals, magazines and newspapers. She has been a resource person for numerous faculty development programmes, school teacher training and student enrichment sessions. Apart from her academic achievements, she also participates in panel discussions organised by various television channels and gives lectures at Community Development Programmes. She is presently a nominated member of the Complaint Committee constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace [Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal] Act 2013, in the Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Kakkanad, Kochi.

She was the only Commerce Professor to be selected from the state of Kerala to conduct a major research project for the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), MHRD, New Delhi, in 2016-17. Her topic of research was "A Study on the Accountability Towards Society by the Packaged Drinking Water Industry in Kerala”.

Her disciplines of interest are Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Professional Accounting, Business Law and Entrepreneurial Development. Her research interest is in the fields of Women empowerment, Value Education, Social Entrepreneurship, CSR and Corporate Governance. Dr. Manjula R. Iyer, who possesses excellent experience in academic realms spanning over 24 years, is well known as an outstanding teacher and a gifted orator.
