Fr. Joseph Kulandai, SJ is the Vice Principal of the Department of Commerce (Morning) as well as the Assistant Director of Central Library at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata. Father Joseph is pursuing his Doctoral studies in Commerce from the same Institution. He has presented more than 25 papers with more than 20 of such paper presentation coming outside West Bengal fetching him 5 Best Paper Awards to his name, 4 of such Best Paper coming outside West Bengal and all coming in the year 2021, an extremely rare and impeccable record which speaks for itself. Father also has around 25 publications across UGC Care Journals, Scopus Journals, International Peer Reviewed and Refereed Journals and other Foreign Journals. Besides, he is the author of 2 books which are listed in Amazon and Flipkart. Apart from this, Father Joseph has served as the Vice Principal, Financial Administrator, Campus Administrator and Faculty of many reputed Jesuit schools in the past. Father has exquisite leadership and administrative qualities and also an efficient academician and communicator. He loves travelling and is a fitness enthusiast, engaged in various outdoor activities like Basketball, Football, Volleyball and Athletics. Some of his other hobbies include gardening, reading books and listening to music. Father has also been actively involved in counselling.
