Dipti Baishya is working as a full time faculty in the Department of Economics of Dudhnoi College affiliated under Gauhati University. Dr Baishya has a teaching experience of more than 11 years. Dr Baishya did her master degree from Gauhati University in 2008 and awarded PhD from the same institution in 2019 on “Performance and Sustainability of Microfinance : A case study of Assam Gramin Vikash Bank in Lower Brahmaputra Valley, Assam” . Dr Dipti Baishya has research experience of 10 years. Dr Baishya attended several national and international workshops and seminars, and have many UGC care listed and Scopus Indexed papers to her credit. Dr Baishyas field of interest is financial system, gender equality and public health.
