Prof. EliahDavidSrikakolli, Ph.D.is an eminent scholar and administrator.the President&CEO of the conglomeration of educational institutions and hospitals called the Medical Educational Trust Association Surat of Seventh-day Adventist. He is also the Honorable Chancellor of the newly established North-East Adventist University, a state-private university in Khliehtyrshi, Jowai, Meghalaya. His academic profile covers a wide range of qualifications from several institutes of repute. He has an MBA from the Southern Adventist University, Tennessee, USA. His academic pursuit led him to his second Post-Graduation in Economics. To fulfill his dreams of teaching, he took the required training on pedagogy and completed the B.Ed. He was very keen on understanding the subject at a philosophical level and completed his M. Phil in Management from Periyar University. He was conferred the Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Economics in 2008 for his meticulous study on the Socio-Economic Analysis of the Causes and Consequences of the Environmental Degradation in Surat City of Gujarat State(1995-2005). Apart from being an outstanding leader, he is also a passionate educator, academician, research guide, and mentor.
