Dr. Mohan Rao Nethala, is the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Head of the Department of Commerce at Metas Adventist College, Surat. He has been a mentor and guide for numerous faculty development programmes, teacher training sessions and student enrichment sessions. He completed his PhD. in Management from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth in 2018 and has also written numerous articles that have featured in International and National journals and newsletters.  He has written a book on “Strategies for a Quality Public Life - A review on the Strategies implemented by the Surat Municipal Corporation”. His fields of interest are in Management and Commerce.
