P. K. Angral has done B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from National institute of technology Srinagar and M. Tech from National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) Chandigarh. He is presently working as Lecturer in Govt Polytechnic Jammu. He has more than 10 years teaching experience and 3 years field experience of substation and transmission lines construction and erection and also published many research papers in national and international reputed journals.
