Dr. Chala Wata Dereso, Associate Professor, Bule Hora University, Ethiopia, A respected academician is currently functioning as president, shouldering the significant load of guiding the institution on a growing road. Dr. Chala has substantial teaching and research competence in education and behavioral sciences. With his intellectual ability and various abilities, he has actively engaged himself in creating, coordinating, and monitoring several education-oriented initiatives in the Ethiopian government. His educational views have initiated a paradigm change in teaching methodologies among the academics in Ethiopia. He adds many research publications to his credentials.
