Dr. Sachin Dev, a man of letters, did his M.B.A. from Lovely Institute of Technology, Jalandhar in 2009. Thereafter, he obtained Ph. D. degree from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar Specializing in Terms Insurance, has served full time as Assistant Professor at Baba Farid College of Management & Technology since 2009. He also served 01 years as Agency Manager in Bharti Axa Life Insurance, from 2008 to 2009. After working in the industry, he returned to his first love, teaching. During his career, Dr Sachin Dev has published 11 research papers on the subject in reputed National and International als. He also presented 15 research papers in National and International Conferences. 4 students are doing Ph. nder his guidance at Punjabi University, Patiala. He has contributed in organizing 7 International/National erences at Baba Farid College of Management & Technology. He has chaired 10 technical sessions in onal and International Conferences. His skills include teaching, curriculum development, program planning, management, administration, community relations, and editorial consulting. He is a talented editor with erience in creative, inspirational, academic and publications and is the editor of 01 book. He brings these eriences to our classroom, and encourages students to bring their experiences.
