Dr. Rachana Rajendra Shikhare is a Coach and Training Partner; Associate Member Samshodhan Trust- Pune -Maharashtra. She is a conscientious educator for the past 20 years; Rachana is a Doctorate from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and Masters in HR and Computer Management from SPPU. M.Phil. from Bharati Vidyapeeth. She is a Member of ISTE. She has done residential FDP at IIM-Ahmedabad and NITIE- Mumbai. Her experience comprises Learning & development support for the corporate and multidimensional roles at some of the top educational institutions in Pune, Kolhapur and Off-Campus BITS Pilani M.S.
