CE Dr. Sumanta Bhattacharya is a Research Scholar at MAKAUT and a Policy Analyst. He has completed his M.Tech in textile technology, MA in Development studies, LLB, MA in Security and Defence Law, Postgraduate diploma in Human Rights, Post graduate diploma in Environment and Sustainable Development and MPI (Oxford University). Being a Research Scholar he has 186 research paper published in International Journals and Scopus Indes journal, along with that he has 30 book chapters, 23 has been published rest are under proceeding, 31 patents both International and National and 4 copyrights. He has been part of 54 International and National conference and presented paper and received 18 awards both International and National for his excellent in the field of education and policy making
