Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Sagar, holds a doctoral degree in Commerce from H.N.B Garhwal (Central) University, Srinagar (Uttarakhand). He holds a University gold medalin Master's Degree (Economics) and is a Masters of Commerce, PGDBM(/F/T) – Finance. He carries an experience of more than 23 years in academies and research. He has served with several Institutions of repute at Delhi-NCR and Dehradun in the capacity of Head / Dean.He is a keen researcher in the areas of finance and economics and has written several quality research papers in the domain. He has been on the Board of Management of several Universities of repute. He has travelled extensively across the country, Southeast Asia, Middle East in order to understand the varied academic environment. He has been on the panel of prestigious organizations like ONGC as a jury member to adjudge the National Level Case Study Competitions, business games etc. He was invited as a panelist regularly by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), PHD Chamber of Commerce (PHDCCI) for the post budget analysis. His areas of interest include financial inclusion, working capital financing, global financial environment etc.
