P. Swapna Abhishek, is presently working as an Associate Professor, deportment of management studies in Sanketika Vidya Parishad, PM Palem, Visakhapatnam. She holds Master of Philosophy from Andhra University and conducting Research and Doctoral scholar of GET Gunupure, MBA from Andhra university, visakhapatnam along with M.Com, PG Diploma in IRPM in Management Andhra university, she has 17 years of experiance in Teaching and she pulished more than 14 research articels in notional and international journals. Her areas of interest are Finance and Human Resourse Management.
