Shivangi Awasthi has completed her B. Tech in Electronics Engineering. After that she has done MBA(FT) in HR and Marketing, standing First in Order of Merit in Institute of Business Management, C S J M University, Kanpur, UP. Currently she is a research scholar in Department of Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Dr. R M L A University, Ayodhya (UP), India. Her area of research is organizational behavior, organizational culture and female employees’ performance. For her work she awarded with Young Researcher Award by Institute of Scholars, India. She has been recognized as Lifetime Professional Member of INSC International publishers(IIP) in recognition of her professional standing. She also recognized as a Reviewer for INSC International Journal under the stream “Management and Social Sciences”.  She also written a Chapter “Applications of Ideologies of Deendayal Upadhyay in Management”  in a book entitled Shraddheya Deendayal Upadhyay keEkatm Manav Darshan keVibhinnAyam, SwaranjaliPrakashan  with NRJP Journals, UP. She has 3 published papers. She presented 16 papers in different conferences/seminars and also attended 17 FDPs/workshops.
