Dr. M. Julias Ceasar  a senior faculty in the PG & Research Department of Commerce, St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous) Tiruchirappalli, has 25 years of teaching and 22 years of research experience. Qualified with Post Graduation in Commerce (M.Com) from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) from Kamaraj University, Madurai, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Central University, Pondicherry and Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D) from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.  He has cleared National Eligibility Test for Lecturership conducted by UGC. Specialized in Human Resource Management, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and Quantitative Techniques. Also a visiting faculty to various MBA institutions teaching Research Methodology, Human Resource Management and Financial Management. Under his guidance and Supervision Twelve Students have completed Ph.D degree and 45 students have completed M.Phil degree in Commerce. Has completed three UGC Sponsored Minor Research Projects and has conducted six National level conferences sponsored by UGC & ICSSR. Recipient of the Best Teacher Award, Best Research Award Young Social Scientist Award and a Book Writer Award by the College and Reputed Agencies. He has addressed more than 25 National and International Conferences on Digital Banking & Marketing Entrepreneurship, Financial Inclusion, Skill Development, Women Empowerment, Social Media & Youth Consumer Protection and Implications of LPG. He has published 68 articles in journals of repute at the national and international level. He has contributed to 10 books and has published 5 books and the recent one in Modern Banking. He has been a NSS programme officer for three years (2012 – 15), Dean of Arts (Academics) for a period of three years (2014 – 2017). He is the member of Board of Studies to various Autonomous Colleges in Tamilnadu as Subject Expert, University Nominee and Special Invitee. He is also invited by other colleges for Academic Audit frequently. He has been a member of Academic Council Governing Body, Examination Committee, Sports Committee, Environment Club and Planning & Evaluation Committee of the College. Presently he is part of the IQAC team of the college and also coordinating the activities of Consumer club.
