Dr. P. K. Yadav, is Assistant Professor-cum-Jr. Scientist, Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, Bhola Paswan Shastri Agricultural College, Purnea (BAU, Sabour, Bhagalpur), Bihar. He received his B.Sc. (Ag.) degree in 1996 from Government Degree College, Jakkhini, Varanasi and M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agricultural Chemistry & Soil Science in the year 1998 from the Udai Pratap (Autonomous) College, Varanasi and Ph.D. (Ag.) in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry in the year 2003 from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. He started his professional carrier in 2004 after completing his Ph.D. as Assistant Prof. in Deptt. of Agricultural Chemistry and Soil Science, Udai Pratap (Autonomous) College, Varanasi. Dr. Yadav received Best Teacher Award in 2014 from BAU, Sabour, Bhagalpur, Bihar as well as various awards and honors from different societies. He is member of different professional societies. He has published 2 books, 10 book chapters and more than 38 research papers in peer reviewed journal of national and international repute.
