Dr. Aman Vats started his career as an apprentice in TV programme development and moved on to be an assistant director and editor in 1995. By 1998 he was working as an independent programme producer for various government and private clients. Though still a television programme maker, since November 2012, he has moved to full time academics. He has published over 35 papers in peer reviewed Indian &International Journals. Prof Vats is also a member of numerous Indian and International Media Educator & Researcher associations. He is also a fellow with the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland.
