Dr. Firdousiya P.C is a Head and Assistant Professor of Psychology at Amal College of Advanced Studies (Aided by Govt. of Kerala & affiliated to Uty. Of Calicut) Nilambur, Kerala. She was awarded Ph.D degree in Psychology under the guidance of Prof. (Dr). C. Jayan, Department of Psychology, University of Calicut. She qualified UGC NET in Psychology with JRF. Her areas of interest includes Organizational Psychology, Forensic Psychology, General Psychology, Social Psychology, Research Methodology, Scale development and Health Psychology. She has produced roughly six articles in International and National journals and has created about eight scales to date. She has been a teacher for around four years.
