Dr. Nageswara Rao Mikkili, Associate Professor, Bule Hora University Dr. Nageswara Rao Mikkili has been working as an Associate Professor, Curriculum and Instructions, College of Education and Behavioral Sciences, Bule Hora University, Ethiopia. He has twenty years of teaching experience including ten years of research experience in the field of education in India and abroad. The major subject areas are Education, Pedagogy of Physical Sciences, Educational psychology, Metacognition. Instructional media, and Curriculum and Instructions. He was participated national and international seminars/conferences of Malaysi Mexico and, India and presented research papers, and workshops. His research papers published national and international journals. He was supervised the Master Programme students for their theses/dissertations in India and Ethiopia, and he was also one of the authors of government and private academic textbooks in education. Moreover, he did orientation programmes and Refresher courses in India.
