Dr. R.Anandham,obtained Ph.D., in Agricultural Chemistry from Chungbuk National University, Cheongju, Republic of Korea. Also worked as post-doctoral scientist in Organic Agricultural Division. National Academy of Agricultural Science, Rural Development Administration, Suwon, Republic of Korea. Currently he is interested in exploring the rhizobial and non-fhizobial endophytes for plant growth promotion, endosymbionts for insect fitness also interested in plant disease management and molecular microbial taxonomy and diversity. He published more than 85 articles in indexed journals and obtained 3 patents at his credit. He also editor, associate editor. review editor and reviewer in many reputed journals He has 13 years of teaching and 15 years of research experience.
