Dr. Kallol Roy was born at Chantari, a village of Cooch Behar District. Graduated from Mathabhanga College and completed his master degree at Assam University, Silchar. He also has done his M.Phil and Ph.D. degree at the same University. Some of his articles related to Vedas, linguistics and Anthropology have been published in various journals and edited Books.
