Bhrigu Rajkhowa, born and brought up in Jorhat, Assam. He has received his Master Degree from Assam University, Silchar. Presently he is a Ph.D Research Scholar in the Department of Sanskrit, Assam University, Silchar. He also published several papers in the Internatinal Multidisplinary Research Journal and UGC Care listed Peer Reviewed Journal on Environmental Awareness in Sanskrit Literature. He also received National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes.
