Dr.T.Milton is presently working as Dean, Tourism & Hospitality Mgmt. Bharath Institute of Higher Education & Research, Chennai.. He has more than 30 years of experience in hotel industry as well as hospitality teaching. He lus completed his 3. year Diploma in Hotel Mgmt and Catering Technology from HMCT Chennal In 1992, Dr. T.Milton was awarded with l'h.13 degree in nuriam Management by University of Madras and he holds post gendonte degrees in Manngement, Tourism klanagement um) Human Resources Management.Dr.T.Mikən has conducted FDP programs and was the chief queat, resource person for the National Seminara, conterencca and workshops in various colleges. He has published 20 mticles in Web of Science, Scopus; UGC care listed Journals and authored 2 books in Tourism and 1 book in Human Resource Management. He has presented more than 15 Research Papers In International National / State Level Conferences and seminars and won several prizes in paper presentations. He serves as Member. Beard of Studies in Hotel Management in several requated Universities and also a research guide for Ph.13, and M.Phil Tourism students in various Universities. He is the Executive Committee Member in Indian Tourism Congress from May 2013 verwards and is a member of various hotel mgmt and tourism organizations. He is the judge for Kitchen Killadigal cookery show in Vasanth TV for the past 5 years. Proactly he is guiding 8 Ph.D Research Scholars. He ha invelled several countries such as Malaysin, Seilunku, Uzbekistan, Myanmar and Simpspore.
