Dr. Ramakrishnaiah TN is an Associate Professor in the department of biotechnology and genetics and the IQAC Co-ordinator at the Ramaiah College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Bangalore. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in genetics, M.Sc. in zoology, and M.Phil. degrees in biotechnology. He has more than 15 years of teaching and research expertise in the field of biotechnology and genetics. He has also participated in numerous national and international conferences. He earned his M.Sc. in Genetics from Bangalore University in 2004 and completed his Doctoral degree studies in 2017 working with renowned Professor Jayaprakash. He has more than ten research publications and articles to his credit. He mentors two doctoral candidates. His accomplishments include serving as the chair of the Genetics Board, a life member of the Indian Science Congress, and the editor of the American Journal of Entomology. He is an enthusiastic researcher and a proficient instructor of biotechnology and genetics.
