Dr. R. Thirumamagal, has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Ananda College, Devakottai, Sivaganga District, Tamilnadu. She has completed her Ph.D. (Nanoscience) from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She did M.Phil at Alagappa University, Karaikudi. She completed her M.Sc., (Physics) at Alagappa Government Arts College, Karaikudi, and her B.Ed., from Sri RaajaRaajan College of Education, Karaikudi. She completed her B.Sc., (Physics) from Thiru. Vi. Ka Government Arts College, Tiruvarur. She participated and presented several research papers in International and National Seminars/Conferences/Workshops. She published more than 10 research articles in International Journals. She published 1 book chapter about Nanoscience in IIP Proceedings. Her area of interest is Nanoscience, particularly in metal oxide semiconductors.
