Bhagyashree Dhekale had done PhD in Statistics from BCKV Rahuri. She had been awarded with two scholarships at M.Sc. and Ph.D. level viz. Anand Agricultural University Merit Scholarship and University Research Scholarship respectively. She had worked as visiting scientist in ICRISAT, Hyderabad and also worked as senior research fellow at Agromet Division, India Meteorological Division.  She had guided three M.Sc. (Statistics) Students. She had more than 100 publications in National and International Journals with high impact factor. She had been Author/Co-author of two books and two manuals. She had been in the advisory committee of more than 150 M.Sc. (Statistics / Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Sericulture/ Forestry/ Fisheries) students and more than 100 Ph.D. (Statistics/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Sericulture/ Forestry/ Fisheries) students.
