Dr. Latha.V is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Zoology at Maharani's Science College for Women, Maharani Cluster University, Government of Karnataka, Bengaluru, Karnataka. She is M. Sc., M. Phil., Ph.D., having secured second rank in her post-graduation and distinction in M. Phil., with brilliant academic record. Her research specializes in Environmental Toxicology and she has over 15 years of experience in teaching, research and extension activities. She is also a Member of Board of Studies and Board of Examiners in various Universities and Autonomous Colleges of Bengaluru. She has published more than 10 research papers in National and International Journals with impact factor and has served as reviewer for many research journals of the same repute. She has published 8 manuals and presented about 20 abstracts in various national and international conferences and has won awards for her impressive presentation skills. She is a Member of Indian Science Congress and Life Member- National Environmental Science Academy, Indian society of soil science and Zero waste society (IISc).
