Lt Col Regina.P.F., Ph.D Scholar, M.Sc. Nursing (OBG ), M.Sc (Clinical Psychology), M.A (Sociology). Presently working as Associate Professor, Nehru College of Nursing, Palakkad District Kerala. She is a lifetime member of Trained Nurses Association of India, Association of Nurse Executives, Kerala Chapter, Active member in Lions Club &Innovation and Entrepreneurship council  activities. She is an organizing member of International/National conferences and workshops. She has presented various papers in National and International conferences. Her research area includes adolescent health,  Child abuse, Brain drain among nurses, Lifestyle diseases and many more. She is very much involved in Community Development Programmes coordinating awareness programmes. She was a Resource person for many schools and  NGOs.
