Dr. R. Srinivasu, Faculty of Social Work, Acharya Nagarjuna University Ongole Campus, Ongole, has been done his M. A (Social Work), M. A(Sociology) and Ph.D in Social Work from the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and Passed the State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) in Social Work, Andhra Pradesh College Service Commission (UGC  Accredited) Hyderabad. Previously, he was worked as Assistant Professor, MRPG College, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. He has more than 20 years Teaching and Research Experience and Successfully Guided and Awarded 7 (Seven) Ph.Ds for  Research Scholars. He is in Life Member of National Association of Professional Social Workers in India (NAPSWI), New Delhi and has been Published Number of Research Papers and Articles in Reputed Journals and Edited Books. He was Produced 2 (Two) Books and Contributed Reading Material for Four (4) lessons to MSW Final Year Students to Distance Education, Dravidian University, Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh. He was Fruitfully Organized a Two-day UGC National Seminar on Social Work Education and Development in 2014. He has been Presented Number of Research Papers in Seminars, Conferences, Symposiums and Workshops at National, International and State levels. His Research Interests is Community Development - Rural, Urban and Tribal including Women and Child Development. He was also Appointed as Resource Person for the Various Government Schemes and Projects for Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh. He is Serving as Member in National Service Scheme (NSS)Advisory Committee, Andhra University. An effectively done his Responsibilities in Administration of National Service Scheme as Programme Office as well as District Programme Officer (DPO) Vizianagaram and Warden for PG Hostels at MRPG College, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh and Received the Merit Certificate for the Best NSS District Programme Officer by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
