Dr. Sanjana N. Joshi, working as a Assistant Graduate in Department of Family Resource Management, College of Community Science, University of Agricultural Sciences. Dharwad. She was born on 15th March 1995 and currently lives in Dharwad. She got continuously UAS Merit scholarship for her Post Graduate study. She completed Doctoral Degree in 2021 with UAS Gold Medalin Department of Family Resource Management. She also completed PG Diploma in IGNOU with specialization in Rural Development. She has 1.5 year research and I years teaching experience. She has specialization in Preservation and Drying techniques of flowers and foliages and Tuber crops. She has 8 international papers, 7 popular articles and 2 chapters in her credit. She attended many National and International conferences and presented papers. She has received awards like Best Poster Award, Best MSc Thesis Award and Young Scientist Award.
