Ms. Nikita Begum Talukdar is an Assistant Professor at School of Law, UPES, Dehradun. She has a distinguished career as a student and then as an educator. She has completed her BA. LLB from Aligarh Muslim University and Master in Laws from Jamia Millia Islamia. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Labour laws from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam. She has many publications and academic presentations at national and international seminars and conferences. Her area of interest are Labour Laws, Criminal Law and Constitutional Law.
