C. Shilpa Rao is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous) Bangalore. She holds Master in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from Osmania University Hyderabad. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. She has rich experience of 17years in Academia and 3 years of Industry Experience. Her research Interest includes Human Resource management, Marketing, Banking, Integrated Marketing communication, Logistics and supply chain management, Strategic Management. Author has also published research articles in National, International Journals and participated in various workshops, FDP, MDP & Seminars.
