Dr. S. Koteswara Rao, Former Scientist-G and Associate Director, Naval Science & Technological Laboratory (NSTL), DRDO, Visakhapatnam, is currently working as professor at the Dept. of ECE, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (Deemed to be University), Vaddeswaram, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.  He received B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Anantapur, A.P.; M.E. in EEE from P.S.G. College of Technology, Coimbatore; and Ph.D from College of Engineering, Andhra University, Andra Pradesh. He has published 194 papers in various National and International Journals. He has filed 6 Patents, 4 Designs and 9 Copyrights. He has guided 10 Ph.D students. He has completed 6 research projects and currently handling 3 DRDO/ DST sponsored/ consultancy projects. He received Commendation Certificate and Technology Group Award in 1999 and 2006 respectively from DRDO for his research contributions with NSTL. He is a Fellow Member of IETE.
