Dr. Mohammed Shafiuddin is in teaching and research field from 32 years. He has done M.A Sociology with Labor Problems. M. Ed with Educational Technology, B.Sc. B. Ed LLB and LLM with Criminology and lPR.15 years he was teaching in India and for 17 years he is in Oman. Presently he is working in Oman College of Management and Technology as the Assistant Professor and Business Administration Program Head. He presented a paper in a paper Lancaster University; UK and he published many research papers in reputed journals with Scopus indexed. He participated and organized many international conferences and symposiums. He is the reviewer and editorial board member for many reputed research journals. He is a Member of American Finance Association, UNlCEF, International Human Rights and Crime Control Council, International Sociological Association.  24 PhDs of different universities are examined by him as an external examiner. He is actively participating in Educational Quality, Policy Management and Curriculum development activities. He devised many courses in Human Resource Management. He organized many workshops in Gulf and India.
