Dr. Imamsaheb Jatth is born on 15 March, 1986 at Vijapura (Karnataka). He is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Vegetable science Department of Vegetable Science, College of Horticulture, Halladkari Farm Hyderabad Road, Bidar. He has more than 7 years teaching experience of B.Sc. Horticulture He has guided four PG Students of Department of Vegetable Science. He has pursued his B.Sc. Agriculture Degree from University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, Karnataka, M.Sc. Agriculture in Horticulture at University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur (Karnataka). He has awarded as merit scholar for 2 years during Post Graduation. He has qualified ASRB-NET in Vegetable Science. He has published 52 full length research papers in various National, International and NASS journals, 20 abstract, 3 book chapters and above 50 popular and review articles in Kannada, looking to excellence in field of vegetable science he has been awarded with three awards, Young Scientist- 2016 from International Journal of Tropical Agriculture (NASS 3.05), 3rd International Conference on Agriculture, Horticulture and Plant Science, Young Scientist- 2016, Aufau International Awards 2016 during 2nd Aufau International Award Ceremony", held at, Salem, Dr.S.B.H.Abidi Medal 2017 from Bioved Research Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences Allahabad, Young Scientist- 2020, International Awards Ceremony 2020, held on 30.11.2020, by Aufau Science Forum, Salem, India, Young Researcher Award 2020 from Institute of Scholars Bengaluru Karnataka, India and Indo Asian- Nicolas Appert Distinguished Scientist Award during United Nation 75th Anniversary from IMRF Institute of Higher education and Research on 15.12.2020. and he also served editorial board member for INDIAN HORTICULTURE JOURNAL and PLANT ARCHIVE.
